Ngati Kuta Hapu Management Plan

Many of the present older adult population have returned to Te Rawhiti in the last 25 years, but mostly in the last ten years. They have returned to raise their families here, despite few job prospects. This situation is improving given the tourist industry and the increase of the building industry on newly purchased, expensive coastal lands.

There is the beginning of a growth in economic developments which will provide even more employment. This is a major focus of the Ngati Kuta Hapu Management Plan.

Should you wish to purchase a copy of the Plan, fill in an order form (41 KB) and email it to the Treasurer, Marara Te Tai Hook with the cheque enclosed.

The plan may be printed out but it is very large, so we suggest you read it online or order a copy. Government Agencies and private companies and businesses are expected to purchase copies.

Ngati Kuta Charitable Trust is a charitable organisation so we are not taxed, as outlined in these documents (28 KB). If you have any additional queries regarding our charitable status, email Russell Hook, 203 Rawhiti Road, Northland.
